Where is VELRA made?

Accepted Answer

Every VELRA piece is developed in our own studio and produced in small runs by specialist seamless-knit makers we work with directly.

Question 2

How do I find my size?

Accepted Answer

Each product page includes our size guide. If you're between sizes, our concierge is happy to advise — reach out via the contact form or email.

Question 3

What is your shipping policy?

Accepted Answer

Complimentary shipping on orders over $200. A standard shipping fee of $15 applies to orders below $200, with delivery taking 7–14 days, as each piece is made in small runs. Express options are available at checkout.

Question 4

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene and safety reasons, all VELRA pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to consult our size guide or contact our concierge before placing your order. Items that arrive faulty may still be reported for review.

Question 5

How should I care for VELRA pieces?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash cold in a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. Silk loves a gentle touch.
